Communicator & Cultivator
Speaking to hearts through the power of stories. Making the deep things of God reachable.
ABOUT ME
In all I do, I help things grow.
We know what it takes to grow a plant. It starts with a seed placed in good soil. Water and sun allow roots to take shape and leaves and blossoms to sprout up. The right environment keeps that plant healthy, and eventually, it’s ready to branch out and bear fruit.
This is how I look at my role.
As a communicator, I plant.
A 20-year career spanning Christian media, content strategy and editorial leadership has taught me how to take what’s complex—like a doctrine, a mission or a body of research—and put it in words that inform and inspire. I help with strategy, storytelling and practical application, so the foundation is set for growth that lasts.
As a cultivator, I tend.
Over 15 years in student ministry leadership, even longer inside faith-based organizations, recent years in faith and culture research and seminary training in spiritual formation have shown me what people long for and where the Church is meeting them. I help with formation, community and everyday rhythms, so the conditions are right for growth that flourishes.

MY APPROACH
Strength in Simplicity
It takes room to grow, and simplicity is how you make space. In our hyperconnected world, we’ve strayed from simple. But simple is often necessary, even pivotal. Whether I’m helping a brand stay on mission or a person grow with God, simplicity is the starting point. Simple never means shallow. It’s about stripping away the noise to reveal the purpose and clarity that were there all along. As a former journalist, I ask the who, what, when, where, why and how—clearing a path for vision and direction.
